Shipping

Most in-stock items ship within 1 - 2 business days of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. We will do our best to pack your orders together in order to save you money. You can just drop us an email at info@airwing1.com. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 2 days of placing your order. 

Shipments to the USA are normally covered by our US facility or partners to avoid any customs, tariffs, and taxes. We will try our best to keep your costs to a minimum. 

Customs, Tariffs and Taxes

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.

* Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

***Please check with your local customs if the product you ordered is allowed in your country and possibly other issues that you may be faced with regards to receiving the product you ordered. We are more than happy to help, but country restrictions and costs are out of our hands.
